We were not created to live this life alone. It is in relationships we experience connection. I believe people respond most to being known and accepted. Through connection there is renewal. I aim to create a personal, safe and judgment-free environment, that provides a soft-landing place as we navigate life’s complexities together. Facilitating openness for learning and change through an evolving process to live authentically and resourcefully. With the spirit of gentleness and humility, it is an honor to be invited in and walk along-side you amidst this complicated life. With you in mind, I will treat you how I would want to be treated.

Utilizing experience and relational formation to cultivate renewal and growth. I employee an eclectic and integrative approach in combining multiple therapy techniques to best fit your needs. Counseling is an opportunity to walk intimately with you through a season of life, to witness and experience transformation and refinement through relationship. You are free to investigate, experiment, and create your own meaning and answers most compatible with your life experience and worldview.

I believe the decision to become a counselor is a commitment to my own growth. In response to the steadfast loving-kindness of counselors in my own journey, I have experienced renewal and covering of wounds. There are no strings attached in the counseling relationship making it powerful for change and healing. There is strength in surrender.
